Fees

Fees vary depending on the type of support you are looking for. Details are outlined below for therapy, supervision, and workshops / continuing professional development.

Therapy Fees

Initial assessment (90 minutes) — £150: This includes an in-depth assessment of your difficulties, background, current needs, and what may be most helpful moving forward.

Ongoing therapy sessions (50 minutes) — £100

Extended therapy sessions (90 minutes) — £150

Extended sessions may be particularly helpful for EMDR or more in-depth therapeutic work where appropriate.

Therapy sessions are available online and in person in Plymouth from the Dragonfly Centre, 34 Mannamead Road. Plymouth PL4 7AF. The centre provides calm, private consulting rooms, offering a safe and supportive environment for therapy.

If you are unsure which approach may be right for you, I offer a free 15-minute introductory consultation so we can think together about what may feel most helpful.

Professional Reports and Letters

Standard professional report — £150

This fee includes up to 90 minutes of professional time to review relevant clinical notes and psychometric measures and prepare a concise assessment, treatment or progress report.

Where a report requires more extensive record review, liaison with other professionals, additional assessment, substantial amendments or greater detail due to legal or care proceedings, any additional work will be charged at £100 per hour.

The scope, anticipated timescale and estimated total cost will be discussed and agreed in advance wherever possible.

Clinical Supervision Fees

I offer clinical supervision for therapists working with both EMDR and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, including support towards BABCP accreditation and EMDR Europe accreditation processes.

Individual Supervision

30 minutes — £55
60 minutes — £110

Group Supervision

2 supervisees / 60 minutes — £55 per person
3 supervisees / 90 minutes — £55 per person
4 supervisees / 120 minutes — £55 per person
5 supervisees / 120 minutes — £50 per person
6 supervisees / 120 minutes — £45 per person

Accreditation & Specialist Review

Accreditation form review — £150
EMDR session video review & feedback — £150

Fees for continuing professional development, workshops and wellbeing sessions are agreed individually and vary depending on the focus, duration, format, number of attendees and location.
